It’s neverending pasta bowl time, but you know what? I don’t care. Usually that’s an annual tradition for me & mine, but I find myself not caring this year, & here’s why: alfredo sauce? Incredibly easy to make. Chicken & broccoli alfredo is one of the most decadent, simplest, & fastest meals you can make.

Here’s what you need:
1 stick of butter
1 cup heavy cream (you can use whatever sort of milk you have, but this makes it amazing)
1 cup of parmesan cheese (the higher quality, the better, but you can use the cheap stuff too. Just make it doesn’t have any gross fillers!)1.) Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2.) Add cheese & cream.
3.) Mix altogether until melted & heated through.Bonus: add sundried tomatoes or garlic at the first step for some extra zing!
Serve with chicken over steamed broccoli or the vegetable of your choice!
